2 cups oats

1 C. applesauce

1/2 C. almond milk

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

2 Tbsp. baking powder

2 Tsp. vanilla

1 Tsp. cinnamon

Blend oats in high-powered blender for 5 — 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. After well blended, pour on griddle and make a pancake! Enjoy.

*If the batter sits for a bit, it will become thick. If so, just add a bit more milk.
