A favorite go-to plant based “milkshake”. So delicious no one will guess it’s plant based! Yes, it’s true.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup raw organic cashews
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1–2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter or PB Fit Powder
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder (optional)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
BLEND in high-powered blender for 20 seconds. Add 2–3 cups ice. Blend for 20 seconds. Add ¼ cup chocolate chips. SLOW BLEND
*if you want to make this extra yummy, slow blend peanut butter cups (vegan, of course) at the end!
