
Creamy Garlic & Chive Dressing

Gather your greens (and reds and purples and yellows), boost your B vitamins and antioxidants, and inspire the kiddos to eat their leaves with this deliciously simple salad accessory:
Ingredients
- 1 C. avocado or olive oil
- ½ C. nutritional yeast flakes
- ¼ C. green onions or chives
- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp tarragon
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients on high in a blender until smooth.
