Did you know avocados are considered a superfood? 🥑

Avocados have:

  1. more potassium than bananas!
  2. lots of heart-healthy “good” monounsaturated fat!
  3. high levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber!

For a light evening snack that will get your skin glowing for the week, whip up a delicious, easy guac:

  • 9 avocados, smashed
  • 1 cilantro bunch, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 onion, finely diced
  • Juice of 1 lime (or 1/2 lemon)
  • 4–6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, deseed & finely dice
  • 1 t. salt

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with chips, on a wrap, on toast, or by the spoonful!
