For a light evening snack that will get your skin glowing for the week, whip up a delicious, easy guac:
- 9 avocados, smashed
- 1 cilantro bunch, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 onion, finely diced
- Juice of 1 lime (or 1/2 lemon)
- 4–6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeño, deseed & finely dice
- 1 t. salt
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with chips, on a wrap, on toast, or by the spoonful!
