Morning Sunshine Tropical Smoothie

For those of us who prefer to squeeze the last drops of summer with all our might!


  • ½ Fresh Pineapple (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cup Fresh Watermelon
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 c Frozen Raspberries
  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • ¼ c Aloe Juice
  • 1 cup Chopped Cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds


  • Starting with fresh and liquid ingredients, add everything except chia seeds to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with 1 tsp of chia seeds as a topping.
